Privacy Notice

01The short version

Your dealership's data belongs to your dealership. We use it only to run AlphaChain Drive for you. We never sell it, never share it with another dealership, and never use it to train AI. When a demo ends, you take your data with you and we delete everything.

02What we collect

• About you and your team: names, work emails, phone numbers, roles and sign-in activity.
• What your dealership enters or imports: customers, opportunities, vehicles, deals, service and parts records, messages, documents and photos.
• For a demo request: your name, role, dealership, work email, mobile number, city, number of rooftops and the system you use today.
• Basic technical records: when someone signs in and what they changed, kept in an audit log so your dealership can see who did what, and the network addresses used to sign in or sign documents, for security.

03How we use it

Only to provide AlphaChain Drive to your dealership: to show your data to the people you give access to, send the emails and texts you ask for, keep accounts secure, answer your support questions and improve how the product works. We contact you about your demo or your account, not with marketing from anyone else.

04Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run AlphaChain Drive: hosting and databases, file storage, email delivery, text messaging (when your dealership connects it) and the AI provider behind Highbeam (only when your owner turns Highbeam on). They may use your data only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

05Your customers' information

Your dealership decides what customer information goes into AlphaChain Drive and how it's used, and stays responsible for its own privacy duties to those customers. We handle that information only on your dealership's behalf and only to provide AlphaChain Drive, and we support the safeguards dealers are expected to keep.

06How we protect it

• Every connection is encrypted, and the most sensitive details (like credit applications and ID scans) are encrypted again when they're stored.
• Every login uses two-step sign-in, and your admins control who can see what.
• Each dealership's data is kept separate from every other dealership's.
• Important changes are recorded in a tamper-evident audit log.

07How long we keep it

We keep your dealership's data while your dealership uses AlphaChain Drive. When a demo ends, download what you want to keep, and then we delete your dealership's records, files and logins. Deleted data is gone from our live systems right away and drops out of our backups as they expire, within 30 days. A demo request that doesn't become a demo is deleted on request.

08Your choices

Your dealership's owner can download its records at any time from Settings and can ask us to delete everything. Anyone can ask what we hold about them, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing david@alphachaindrive.com.

09Changes

If we change this notice in a way that matters, we'll show the new version and ask you to agree again.
